I think the ref called that Ortiz match too early too. Once he ended it Tito popped right back up ready for some more. It’s ironic that the same thing happened to Shamrock and they immediately scheduled a third fight between he and Ortiz, could the same happen between Ortiz and Liddell?
IMO Tito got a little too overzealous in the third round. Chuck was obviously winded, and if it had gone the distance Tito’s legendary cardio would’ve really helped him out a lot. He landed a solid shot on Chuck that sent him staggering back a bit but then he got too overconfident and that’s when you get caught by Liddell.
Still a good card, and the announcements that Rampage and Cro Cop are coming were awesome.
