The shareholders of the IFL approved the sale of additional stock so that the league could fight on.

According to the Houston Chronicle, the shareholders authorized the issuance of 75 million stock for immediate dispursal. With a dollar a share, the IFL should have no problems selling them. What this means to fans is that the IFL, a very good league and competition for the UFC, continues the fight possibly in to 2008.

Now it is up to the fans on whether the IFL, a league that employs around 80 fighters, lives on or dies a paupers death.
