Fight Opinion Promotes Komikazee's MMA Smackdown

Email Article Print ArticleFight Opinion is a huge MMA site that I follow religiously as a fan. They put great content out there and Zach, the owner of fight opinion, is a great aggregator of national news concerning MMA, whereas Komikazee mostly just follows pieces of news that would affect your entertainment experience.
Fight Opinion also has a great podcast out there that can be found on their site, ITunes, or Yahoo. It usually ranges from about one to two hours but is very entertaining if you have the time (ed: and you don't mind the host being drunk sometimes. OK, only once so far. 
).
Komikazee has been talking with Zach for awhile now and they were nice enough to run a couple commercials for us on their podcast (17:30, 1h04m, show 39, is the place for our commercials). You might even see DarthMolen or SystemX on their show as guests in the future, who knows?
Oh, and I would be remiss to mention to you Erin Bucknell's MMA boards on her site. She is another one of the co-hosts on their podcast.
There is an interesting article By Bill Reiter in The Kansas City Star today that talks about the Gym in Bettendorf, Iowa (Champions Fitness Center) where so many of the new guys in this sport go to get a start in MMA. It is run by Pat Miletich and talks about how “Tim Sylvia” started and trains there.
Looks like more mainstream media is picking up on the younger folks desire for real sport and he also says that boxing will become the lessor sport in the near future.
Very interesting.
It would be even more interesting if Lufguy would put a link in his comments so that I could read the article in question and try to relate it to this post…
