Faber to Defend Title in WEC on Dec. 12th

the WEC announced at their live show on Sept. 6 that Urijah Faber, the current featherweight title holder in the WEC, will defend his title Dec. 12th.

Faber vs. Curran is set for Dec. 12th and will be broadcast Live in Versus in their new deal announced earlier this week.

Jeff Curran is a well traveled fighter that has fought in many organizations that include PRIDE, KOTC, IFL, and HOOKnSHOOT. He is a submission grappler well versed in BJJ and is currently on a 6 win streak.

Urijah Faber is a rising star in the MMA world and and the face of the WEC. He has only one loss on his record, Tyson Griffin, and will look to defend his title for the third time in the WEC.
