This week we try an experiment and tried the whole show live!!! Yes, we were Live on the Internet on Monday to give our hardcore fans a preview of this weeks episode. It came off surprisingly well.

We also have one of the wildest interviews that MMA Smackdown has ever done, starring Ben Rothwell of the IFL Silverbacks, where he bares all and brings the smackdown on Mike C., his teammate. You have to hear it to believe it.
