Ultimate Fight Night 8 on Spike TV

This is definitely a good event for free TV this coming Thursday night. The most interesting part, to me, will be seeing Heath Herring fight again. I think he’s great addition to the Heavyweight division. This is what the UFC needed more! Can’t help but be reminded of when he got a kiss from Yoshihiro Nakao though.LOL!

Man, I hope you got to check out our own DarthMolens coverage of these events. I think you will enjoy his coverage and I am sure others would like to hear your ideas and opinions on the topics he posts.

Here was my review (http://www.komikazee.com/reviews/comments/ufn_8_rashad_evans_vs_sean_salmon_review/).

UFN 8 was a crazy night. The crazy part was that it was better overall than UFC 67.

Herring came in and turned out to be a joke but Ed Herman finally lived up to his potential, the Fisher / Franca was highly entertaining.

Rashad was electric and that kick was killer. I wish that Spike had given us an update on his condition… He’s doing good though so no worries.

Great stuff all around.

Just remember folks. April 5th is the next UFC Fight Night Live. And right after that TUF5 will be starting.

For an FYI, Jens “Lil Evil” Pulver and B.J. Penn will be the coaches of TUF 5.

These guys WILL be fighting at the end of the show in the finale so that opposition dynamic will be back. It’s been MIA since TUF2 if I remember right.

What do y’all think? Can this bit of drama help revive the series?
