Swick Calls out Silva

Anderson Silva took Rich Franklin's belt from him by brutal force. Now everybody wants a piece of him.

Mike Swick, who recently won a decision against David Loiseau, spoke to MMA Weekly and essentially calls out Anderson Silva.

Swick said, “Everybody keeps asking me whether or not I want to fight Silva after watching him beat Rich. Of course I do. Silva is the number one middleweight right now and I want to test my skills against him.” Swick went on to say, “I’m a competitor…I didn’t get into the UFC because I’m afraid to get hit. If I get in there and lose to Silva, then I will take my beating like a man and at least know where I stand.”

Granted, I don't think Mike Swick has a chance against the guy (go watch the third round of the Loiseau fight when David actually wakes up from his coma) but you gotta admire a man with moxy and isn't afraid to get punched.
