An unfortunate “break” for the Anacondas. Chris Horodecki, their #1 lightweight fighter broke his hand in his previous fight against Shad Lierley and won’t be able to square off against Bart Palaszewski in the IFL semi-finals.
“I re-broke my hand in the [Shad] Lierley fight [on June 1], and I haven’t been able to train with it”, said the standout Anacondas lightweight, “I’ll be good for September.” The hand-break leaves the Anacondas line-up without their lynch-pin and makes a difficult task of defeating the defending champions Silverbacks more difficult.
