Phil Baroni is out 6-7 months after his fight with Frank Shamrock due to injuries sustained early in the match.
According to Phil Baroni’s manager, Ken Pavia, ““[Phil’s] got three months of absolutely nothing. He won’t be allowed to do any sort of training [during that time]. It’ll be 6-7 months before he can fight again.” Phil has a hernia and a torn groin that he suffered in the first round of his June 22nd match.
Phil has already stated that he wants a rematch with Frank and he has 2 more matches on his non-exclusive contract with StrikeForce.
